The New York Comic con was awesome!!! I did a little photo coverage and chat about it sponsored by the Toysrevil blog run by Andy Heng:
http://toysrevil.blogspot.com/2008/04/down-nycc-2008-with-eric-nocella-diaz.html
I wanted to take way more pictures but I had to work the Xmoor Studios booth and it got crazy busy with that huge crowd that attended. Just want to say thanks to all who stopped by and bought some Xmoor books and stuff from Rob G. and myself. Galtow issue # 4 coming soooon!!!!
See ya next year!

The two funniest things I saw at the convention this year (of course it had to do with Dookie Poo....cracked me up something fierce and made my day):

Neptoon Studios did a interview with a roving reporter for Toybreak in episode #24 featured here on the Toysrevil blog (thanks again Andy - nice work on the Neptoon only edit!):
http://toysrevil.blogspot.com/2008/02/toy-break-episode-24-neptoon-studios.html

They actually show the fully painted Crush and Harry designer vinyl toy prototypes I did for them together for the first time. Did I hear them say 3 colorways for Harry??? Niiice...Thanks for the mention Todd and Mark...I enjoy working with those megatalented guys...15 years each in animation?! Yowza! I could only muster up 5 max...

On another few notes:
Dookie-Poo is at it again - funniest blog going right now:
http://dookiepoo.blogspot.com/
Rumor has it there's some wicked looking merchandise in the works...hmmmm....

There's also new hot toy forum in town run by a few pals of mine called Vinyl Toy Freaks:
http://vinyltoyfreaks.com/index.php
Matt Beers was gracious enough to give me a artist corner over there where I'll be posting all kinds of cool stuff AND will be starting up a contest where a new vinyl toy that I sculpted up will be given away real soon. Swing by join up and drop some posts - they have a really cool and supportive group there - and they love toys...

The Revenant bust I produced for Dave Flora's Tales of the Revenant/Ghost Zero has been reviewed in this month's Amazing Figure Modeller #40. Dave was kind enough to put this little promo together and send it to me since I can't seem to find the AFM mag on sale near me. See more of Dave's awesome Ghost Zero goodness here:

The unpainted grey resin garage kit version of this bust is still available ($65 plus S&H) and we'll be offering a limited run of fully painted verions (below) of the bust with the release of Dave new printed comic book series.
